Tokyo2Osaka – Mini Doc of Fixie Ride
OK – so when I first saw this my reaction was that it was kinda jump on the fixie bandwagon and do a road trip video for some cred. But then I started thinking, and of course remembering all my rides. And then it did occur to me the very reason that this doc is cool:
1) If you ride a geared bike from Tokyo to Osaka its called a ‘commute’. There is really nothing that special about it.
2) If you ride a fixie from Tokyo to Osaka, with a bunch of other crazy cogheads, the only thing you could call it is a ‘documentary’.
Therefore, from now on I will start calling every ride I do, a documentary.
